Media has reported that Speaker Loksabha   has announced KYC- Know Your Constitution campaign on Constitution Day  to enhance Constitution Quotient -CQ  along with IQ,EQ and SQ. Herewith please find my   Open letter to  Honorable  Speaker , Lok Sabha

 2  That  History of Dharmaśāstra, with subtitle Ancient and Medieval Religious and Civil Law in India, is a monumental five-volume work consisting of around 6,500 pages. It was written by Dr P V Kane   Bharat Ratna, nominated member Rajya Sabha  Judge Bombay High Court , Sr Advocate, Supreme Court of India ,Fellow of Bombay Asiatic Society and of the London School of Oriental and African Studies. The first volume of the work was published in 1930 and the last one in 1962.

Proposal :To highlight the contribution of  Dr  Pandurang Vaman Kane   on his birthday and be remembered in  Schools and law colleges . Material on Ancient legal history of India be prepared with the help of Bhandarkar Oriental Research Institute, Pune

3  That National Motto "सत्यमेव जयते " "Truth Alone Triumphs"  and Motto of Supreme Court || यतो धर्मस्ततो जय: || "Yato dharmastato jay "needs to be explained  in terns of the historical,heritage and  spiritual significance .

A-Detailed note on the meaning of the National Motto  of India and role of Bharat Ratna Madan Mohan Malviya, related to National Emblem of India

B-Note on Seal of the Constituent Assembly of India

C- Note on Seal of the Constituent Assembly of India - Legislative with the motto
