Constituent Assembly remembering Adi Shankaracharya

During making of the Constititon of India ,Constituent Assembly  was motivated by  Adi Shankaracharya while discussing name of our country India, that is Bharat and deciding age qualifications for a person who wants to be a candidate at an election for Parliamnet. Is PM Modi unveiling Adi Guru Shankaracharya's statue in Kedarnath Secular?

  Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday o n 5 Nov 2021 , unveiled a 12-foot statue of Adi Guru Shankaracharya at Kedarnath in Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand  . It is being debated whether PM Modi unveiling Adi Guru Shankaracharya's statue in Kedarnath secular as per the soul and spirit of  Constitution of India   It is imperative to know the truth behind this term "secularism" in India .Meaning and interpretation was debated in the Assembly   on several occasions.  It is relevant to mention the debate dated  27 December 1948  of Constituent Assembly  for the amendment no 1146 standing in the name of  H .V.
