Supreme Court Circular A circular issued on February 13, 2020 by Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) stated that now A4 size papers with print on both sides can be used in Supreme Court in all filings. Currently legal-size papers are used for filing and papers are printed on only one side. General Rules (Civil & Criminal) 2018 The following is submitted on the subject matter 1 That the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, in exercise of the rule making powers conferred upon it by Article 227 of the Constitution of India and the other powers enabling it in that behalf, and with the approval of Governor of Rajasthan, has made the revised Rules for the guidance of the Courts and tribunals subordinate to it. 2 That as per Order 1 Rule 1 these Rules may be called the General Rules (Civil & Criminal) 2018 3 That these Rules have come come into force from the date of publication of notification in the Official Gazette i. e. 4 July 2018
