भारत के मूल संविधान को नमन करते प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी - भारत के मूल संविधान को सुलेख  करने का  श्रेय वसंत कृष्ण वैद्य (हिन्दी की प्रति) और प्रेम बिहारी नारायण रायजादा (अंग्रेजी की प्रति)  को जाता है। मूल संविधान को हस्तलिपिबद्ध करने पर मानदेय का प्रस्ताव पं. नेहरू ने दिया था। इस पर प्रेम बिहारी ने मानदेय लेने से इंकार तो किया पर यह शर्त रखी की मूल संविधान के सभी पृष्ठों पर उनका नाम अंकित होगा। अंतिम पेज पर उनका व उनके पिताजी का नाम लिखने की मंशा व्यक्त की] जिसे स्वीकार किया गया। भारत के मूल संविधान की उद्देशिका का कला कार्य ब्योहर राम मनोहर सिन्हा द्वारा किया गया।  दीनानाथ भार्गव ने संविधान में भारत के सम्प्रतीत का चित्र बनाया है। संविधान में भारतीय सभ्यता का चित्रण का विचार प्रो. के.टी. शाह का था। जिसे संविधान के अध्यक्ष डॉ. राजेन्द्र प्रसाद ने स्वीकार कर आचार्य नंदलाल बोस को भारतीय सभ्यता के चित्र बनाने की जिम्मेदारी दी। मूल संविधान में वैदिक काल के गुरूकुल का दृश्य रामायण से श्रीराम व माता सीता और लक्ष्मण के वनवास से घर वापस आने का ...
