  It  is reported that   Rajya Sabha  MP from Rajasthan Kirori Lal Meena  is scheduled to introduce the private members' bills on  uniform civil code  in the very first week of the Parliament session which is starting from July 19. Uniform Civil Code forms the base of any secular state. Secularism is the integral part of the Basic Structure Doctrine of Constitution.The Constituent Assembly Debates are worth reading the mind of Dr Ambedkar on this issue  on 23 Nov 1948. that uniform civil code is already done .
